Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

• Outside food or drinks
• Weapons of any kind
• Alcohol, cans, or glass containers
• Canteens, reusable water bottles, hydro flasks, and camelbacks 
• Drones, go-pros, ipads, lasers
• Gels or liquids
• Selfie sticks, tripods, monopods
• Chains and spikes
• Illegal drugs and substances, paraphernalia including marijuana
• Audio or video recording equipment
• Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12”, backpacks, and camelbaks are all prohibited
• Cameras, unless you have been approved for and obtained a photo pass. (cellphones are OK, unless the tour has a strict No Photo/No Video Policy).
• Any items Deemed dangerous by the venue or law officer All items are subject to change without notice. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

Professional cameras and/or cameras with detachable lenses are NOT allowed without a valid media pass. Personal point-and-shoot cameras or cellphones are OK.

If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. If you do not have a container with a name on it, we may request documentation that allows us to confirm the need for this medication as you enter the venue. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.

If you lose an item while you are at an event,  please email AceOfSpades@LiveNation.com to see if it has been turned in. If you want to inquire about a lost item after the event day, please file a claim HERE 

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the team to look for your item and respond back to you.

The venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. As a courtesy, we hold lost items for 30 days.

The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

Ace of Spades is a completely non-smoking venue. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas.

In-and-outs are not permitted at our venue. Make sure you don't leave the venue unless you don't plan on coming back!

Drinking in line or in the parking lot before entering the venue is prohibited in accordance with California state law. Violation of the law will result in a denial of entry into the show. 

Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed on our online event calendar. If no age restriction is listed, the event is all ages.

Most events only offer General Admission standing. Upgraded seating is available for purchase. Please refer to the event page for seating options by event.

We ask that all guest 18+ provide a vaild ID or passport upon entry. A valid ID is required to attend any age restricted events. Please look at the event page for any restrictions by show.

To consume alcohol at Ace of Spades, we’ll need to see some form of valid, non-expired U.S. government ID. State issued ID or Drivers License, or a Passport are acceptable forms of identification.

Please note that Ace of Spades has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.

Children ages 3 and under do not need a ticket.

Ticketmaster will call opens at door time or meet and greet check-in time. Artist guest list may not arrive until doors time. Remember to bring your photo ID and the credit card used to purchase your tickets!

Will Call tickets are not transferable. The original ticket purchaser must go back to the original point of purchase to make the change. If you are a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP client, please touch base with your original point of contact and they will get in touch with us to make any changes on your behalf.

Unless a show cancels or changes time by more than two hours, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the point of purchase for inquiries.

Tickets for cancelled shows can be refunded at the point of purchase. If you purchased tickets online through LiveNation.com or Ticketmaster.com, your refund will automatically be processed once funds are received from the event organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days. If you purchased tickets at the box office, please email us at AceOfSpades@Livenation.com.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event. The status of your event, and any options available, can always be found in your online account.

The main entrance is accessible. An additional queuing lane is available for your convenience – please follow “ADA Entrance” signage at the front of the venue, or check-in with any member of staff for assistance. All our restrooms include at least one accessible stall. The venue is General Admission. To inquire about accessible seating areas, please Submit an Accessibility Request Our accessible seating area can reach capacity early, so we recommend contacting us as early as possible.
