We are located at 1417 R St, Sacramento, CA 95811. Nearby street parking is available. Parking is available for $5/space at the SEIU parking lot on R Street between 13th & 14th Streets after 5:00pm seven days a week.

FAQ
Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed on our online event calendar. If no age restriction is listed, the event is all ages.
We ask that all guest 18+ provide a vaild ID or passport upon entry. A valid ID is required to attend any age restricted events. Please look at the event page for any restrictions by show.
To consume alcohol at Ace of Spades, we’ll need to see some form of valid, non-expired U.S. government ID. State issued ID or Drivers License, or a Passport are acceptable forms of identification.
Please note that Ace of Spades has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.
Unless a show cancels or changes time by more than two hours, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the point of purchase for inquiries.

Ticketmaster will call opens at door time or meet and greet check-in time. Artist guest list may not arrive until doors time. Remember to bring your photo ID and the credit card used to purchase your tickets!
Will Call tickets are not transferable. The original ticket purchaser must go back to the original point of purchase to make the change. If you are a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP client, please touch base with your original point of contact and they will get in touch with us to make any changes on your behalf.

In-and-outs are not permitted at our venue. Make sure you don't leave the venue unless you don't plan on coming back!
Ace of Spades is a completely non-smoking venue. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas.
We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you reach out in advance. There is a special seating area for those with mobility limitations. We are able to accommodate up to two people per party. ADA seating is limited, so we recommend making a reservation as soon as you purchase your ticket. Please purchase General Admission tickets and make an ADA reservation when your purchase is completed. To make a reservation please email ACEADA@livenation.com, with the Date and Show you will be attending. We will do our best to accommodate all reservations and cannot guarantee space without one.
Yes, there is an elevator to access the balcony. The main floor is ADA accessible.
Professional cameras and/or cameras with detachable lenses are NOT allowed without a valid media pass. Personal point-and-shoot cameras or cellphones are OK.
Most events only offer General Admission standing and seating, which are first-come, first-serve. Please refer to the event page for seating options by event.
If you lose an item while you are at an event, please email AceOfSpades@LiveNation.com to see if it has been turned in. If you want to inquire about a lost item after the event day, please file a claim HERE
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the team to look for your item and respond back to you.
The venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. As a courtesy, we hold lost items for 30 days.
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

- Weapons of any kind
- Alcohol, cans, or glass containers
- Drones, go-pros, ipads, lasers

- Chains and spikes
- Illegal drugs and substances, paraphernalia including marijuana
- Audio or video recording equipment
- Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12”, backpacks, and camelbaks are all prohibited
- Cameras, unless you have been approved for and obtained a photo pass. (cellphones are OK, unless the tour has a strict No Photo/No Video Policy).
- Any items Deemed dangerous by the venue or law officer All items are subject to change without notice. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
